Cami Gamboa is our current Texas Regional Director and has been with Techie kids club since May 2022. Her background includes many years working in various positions in early childcare and education. She has extensive knowledge of child development and enjoys exploring new ways for children to learn! She graduated from Texas State University with a Master’s in Counseling and still resides in Texas with her husband and 3 children.”
Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Rebecca graduated from USF with a BA in Technical Writing then spent time Teaching English as a Foreign Language in Prague, Czech Republic. Once her time abroad was over, she moved back to Tampa and began teaching Elementary school. After 6 years teaching 5th and 2nd grade in the public-school setting and a few years staying home with her two daughters, she was eager to bring her love for kids and teaching to Techie Kids Club. Rebecca started as a Coach with Techie Kids Club in 2019 sharing her love for STEAM with all her students. She now serves as the Florida Director overseeing the Florida Teachers, managing schools, and handling parent communication. Her philosophy on teaching is to keep it student led and always fun!
Jennifer is a Tampa, FL native. She has her BS in Early Childhood Education and has been an educator for 22 years. She has been a member of the Techie Kids Club team since 2019. During this time, she has been a teacher, Regional Director, National Director, and is currently the Chief Operating Officer. Her favorite part of her job is being able to play an important role in influencing the young innovators of tomorrow through Techie Kid Club’s STEAM curriculum. When not working, she is also a proud wife and mother of 3 children. Her family are huge sports enthusiasts and enjoy spending nights and weekends being active and on the fields. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and keeping up to date with new findings in education.
Whitney Dennis is currently Regional Director of South Florida for Techie Kids Club. She was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL and a proud alumnus of Florida A&M University. Whitney has obtained 45 hours of the Department of Children and Families and Child Development Associate from Ashworth College. She has 15 years of early childhood educational experience as a Teacher, Assistant Director and Educational Advisor and has been fortunate to work in the capacity within Techie Kids Club as an Enrichment Teacher, Regional Director, and Director of Recruiting. It has given her the necessary tools and competency to execute anything that is placed in front of her. Whitney prides herself on her great interpersonal skills that allow her to create a positive atmosphere to work in and develop positive relationships with the clients that we serve. She is currently pursuing her degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration. When she is not working hard, Whitney is home with her husband and 2 beautiful kids. She loves traveling, relaxing on the beach, being creative and enjoying life and all that it has to offer.
Roxann is the Director of Marketing and Sales at Techie Kids Club, she has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Digital Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She's passionate about creating captivating marketing initiatives and innovative promotional materials, instrumental in engaging parents and children through email campaigns, social media, and other channels. Roxann is dedicated to providing a quality STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education, emphasizing the importance of fostering social interactions, sparking creativity, and developing 21st-century skills.
Our enrichment coaches bring the curriculum to life and inspire a love of discovery in every student. Enrichment coaches have completed background checks in accordance with the regulations of the states in which they teach.
Shelsea was bored and raised in sunny South Florida. She is currently in school for Adolescent Psychology, and has always loved the study of the brain and working with kids. Teaching robotics is fun and exciting for her because she loves to watch students learn and explore all the STEAM activities.
Dixie has been an early childhood educator for over 10 years, and it is her true passion in life. She was born and raised in Riverdale, GA.. Growing up she always knew she wanted to be a teacher. After graduating high she went on to college, at Southern Crescent Technical College, and recieved her diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
Rachel is from Brandenton, FL and has an Associate Degree in teacher preparation. She has been with Techie Kids Club since 2021 and her favorite part is teaching coding and robotics is watching the excitement in her students eyes when they learn to code a robot successfully for the first time.
Kiera has a passion for helping children learn valuable concepts through play, challenging students to be curious and hands on. She has been a teacher for over 8 years and loves to work with children of all ages. Kiera loves teaching robotics because it allows her students to think outside of the box and learn problem skills, all while having fun.
Britney is one of our San Antonio teachers who strives everyday for greatness in her classroom! She is very detail oriented and is always making sure her students get the full experience. Britney is ASL certified and has many years experience working with children of various ages!
Franchesca has been in childcare for the over 10 years. She started her career in childcare as a helper when her mother started worked at a home nursery and after she graduated high school, she continued the journey. She wishes to continue to grow and succeed in helping children and families grow their love and knowledge for our program.
Katiana was born in Brooklyn, New York and then moved to Florida at the age of 5. She graduated high school, and started college. She is currently working on finishing my degree in business and then plans to continue her education geared to teaching. She has always shared a great desire in teaching the young minds. When she found Techie Kids club she knew that it was a place for her because of her love for science and engineering.
Shannon has been teaching early childhood enrichment for 8 years. She includes communication and listening skill in every lesson she teaches, allowing students to learn and explore new subjects.
My name is Sonia. I have 10 years of teaching experience. I went to school for game development. I love that at Techie Kids Club I am to combine both of my passions, teaching children and coding.
