Regional Directors

Destinee Bogan

Regional Director, Houston
Destinee has worked in early childhood education for over 12 years. She attended Fisk University and earned certifications in billing and coding.

Caroline Choe Ramoso

Regional Director, Alpharetta
Caroline has worked with children for more than 12 years. She graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with bachelor's degrees in International Studies and Spanish Literature.

She spends her free time hiking, traveling, reading, and having fun with her family.

Hind El Hage

Regional Director, Dallas
Hind holds two Bachelor's degrees in elementary education and special education. Before moving to Texas, Hind was director at several early learning centers in Dubai, UAE.

She has two children and enjoys ball games and fashion in her spare time.

Susie Federman

Regional Director, South Florida
Susie has over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages and has taught preschool, web design, and programming. Susie is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds a teaching certificate.

Passionate about teaching and technology, she strives to foster each child’s development academically, socially, and emotionally.

Cami Gamboa

Regional Director, Austin
Cami has worked in early childhood education for 8 years. She is adept at incorporating the fundamentals of STEAM and coding in her classroom. She earned her M.A. in Counseling from Texas State.

Cami has three children, a puppy (Luna) and is originally from Louisiana.

Rebecca Guy

Regional Director, Florida
Rebecca earned a bachelor's degree in Technical Writing from University of Southern Florida, then spent time studying and teaching English in Florence and in Prague.

She spent 6 years as an elementary school teacher and she's been a Techie Kids Club coach.

Mackenzie Larson

Regional Director, Chicago
Mackenzie has seven years of teaching experience in early childhood education, teaching 2 to 6 year olds. She graduated from Auburn University in 2015 with a degree in Early Childhood Development and Family Studies.

Jennifer Mateen

National Director
Jennifer brings 10 years of preschool teaching experience, seven years as an assistant preschool director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.

As both an educator and a mother of three, she is well-known for using innovative methods to engage the next generation of creative thinkers.

Enrichment Coaches

Our enrichment coaches bring the curriculum to life and inspire a love of discovery in every student.  Enrichment coaches have completed background checks in accordance with the regulations of the states in which they teach.

Alina Baron

Enrichment Coach
Alina earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from UCF where she spent six months studying abroad in Seoul, South Korea. While working part-time in college, she discovered her love for teaching young students. She loves bringing STEAM adventures to the schools in her hometown of Tampa.

Fatou Bobb

Fatou earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Florida International University. Her goal is to be a part of a collective that focuses on the health and well-being of future generations. She has worked with children of all ages in south Florida and wants to continue to spread important knowledge and create fun and inspiring memories for years to come.

Jessica has 10 years of experience in childcare and education. She’s worked with children in early learning centers, extracurricular programs, and as a nanny. In her spare time, she loves exploring new locations and is a lifelong learner.

Victoria Heng

Victoria’s experience working in a Montessori school with preschool children has prepared her to bring fun and learning to students.

Angeline is a student working toward a degree in Applied Science and Computer Programming. Her love of programming along with experience working with preschool children is a perfect combination. She loves to introduce science concepts to kiddos.

Her newest hobby is creating popcorn recipes to share!

Victoria has 20 years of experience with children, and is a hands-on teacher, making a personal connection to each child.

Lois Jones

Enrichment Coach
Lois holds a license and doctorate in Counseling along with advanced certification in Temperament Counseling. She’s been a teacher for over 40 years, is a mother of three sons, and is a grandmother of three.
